What kind of emails are Burcu's and Sarah's?....Formal or informal?...yes, they are INFORMAL,because there are lots of contractions and friendly words/ expressions not normally used in a formal kind of writing.

 8- Answer the questions about Sarah's email. They are all about writing informally.

2- Imagine that Burcu wrote her e-mail to you. Write your reply and send it to my mail.
