Last zoom meeting (on Friday 8th) we worked with pages 24 and 25 and the differences between USED TO and WOULD. Here's a video to clarify ideas.
1-Copy the lists and some examples of action and stative verbs from the video on your notebook.
Now, let's go to pages 26 and 27 in the SB.
2- Read and listen to the acticle on page 26. Then answer these questions:
1- What are winters like inside the Artic Circle?
2- How does Akycha survive when he's out hunting?
3- What does he hunt and how does he do this?
4- Why can't the Inuit who keep reindeer stay in one place for a long time?
3- There are eight highlighted words or phrases in the article. Match them with these definitions:

e- Expressions referring back to the past.
6- Preparing for writing and speaking.
1- Do some Internet research to find out some information about an event that shook the world.
2- Choose three pictures to illustrate the information you have found.
3- Organize the information into 3 paragraphs (similar to the article of the Berlin Wall)
4- You will present your investigation to the class next Friday on zoom. Use the pictures to help you describe the events.
HOMEWORK:
Work with the activities on pages 28 and 29 in the SB (all except for Speaking Part 1: Interview) They are revision activities. We're going to check them on the zoom class DON'T SEND THEM to my mail. I want to see you all in class next Friday. Remember that if you don't participate in the zoom classes you'll have an ABSENT that class.
